Match Options care’s stringent Recruitment and Training processes ensure that we have Carers who are passionate,experienced and adequately skilled to deliver our commitment to the service users.
In line with the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 and the Protection of Freedoms Bill,the carers also undergo stringent identity and criminal enhanced DBS checks that include verifiable character and previous employer references before they are accepted in our database.
The selection process which is solely based on suitability recognises equality and the cltural diversity of the carers and the communities we serve.
Management systems
Our Operational and Management systems
Match Options Care’s Technically Enabled Care (TEC) operational and management systems enables the company to host (in the cloud) care plans and all updates in real time. It is also a monitoring mechanism of the care service being delivered.
Authorised users are therefore able to access information relating to the care service being delivered to the service user in real time,and they can at any time get involved should there be a need to adjust any aspect of the care service.
All carers are have access to our mobile phone application which is integrated to the robust Technically Enabled Care (TEC) operational and management systems. This means that feedback or Quality assurance issue arising from any authorised system user can be promptly acted on and contribute to the desired exceptional service delivery.
