I’m sorry I’ve not been around much so far this week because I’ve been catching up from a week off but having spoken to J, she’s pleased with the bookings that you are able to cover for us and look forward to this continuing in the future”. NHS Trust temp staff booking Manager

I just wanted to say what a lovely lady Joyce is. She assisted a lady this morning giving great care and making her look clean and well groomed..and delivered care with compassion and great attention to detail. Joyce has also helped out by staying on for a long day and to show how grateful we are we have bought her some flowers which is the least we can do."
I would just like to personally thank you for all of your help and assistance whilst Priory House was undergoing the Norovirus outbreak.
Would you kindly also convey my appreciation to all those members of staff that carried out their shifts with us. It certainly would have proved very difficult without their support
Over the past few weeks we have been experiencing some problems in Canters Meadow. We have a couple of complex non/s/u in the unit. This has put an extra work load on the Staff, Both our own staff and Match Options have managed this in a very professional manner. I would like to thank your staff especially Maggie Tlouetsile Sidat and more recently Rose Ngina.
