Job Description:

Location: Manchester


**Responsibilities will include;**

- Interviewing candidates via telephone and face-to-face
Compliance: ensuring candidates are suitable for the roles applied for, Maintenance of records and remaining compliant with legislation and contractual requirements
General administration and other ad hoc duties as required
Fast and efficient placements of staff to meet the clients needs
Continuous sales effort to develop the branch in designated markets
Dealing with complaints, including correct reporting and recording
Key account management

**Essential criteria:**

- Self-motivated / Money motivated / Enthusiastic
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
Adequate IT skills : Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
Sales/customer service skills experience is essential
